When it comes to our titans on Bobby’s Triple Threat it is clear that they are up to any challenge or challenger coming their way. But are they up for the challenge of Chef Brittanny Anderson?

Chef Anderson is a European chef who cooks old school dishes with a modern cuisine twist. And that means that she is up for any challenge that comes her way from Bobby Flay. That also means, that the titans have a lot on their hands if they want to take her down.

For the first round of Bobby’s Triple Threat our chefs need to create two dishes with two ingredients of Bobby Flay’s choice. And Bobby’s choice for this first round is chicken and paprika. This also meant Brittanny Anderson gets to choose her titan, and she chose Tiffany Derry.

Bobby’s Triple Threat takes on Brittanny Anderson

In our titan’s kitchen she is starting off with a chicken meatball dish and a roasted chicken dish. While over in our competitor’s side of the kitchen, Chef Anderson is doing a schnitzel dish and a chicken wing dish with Calabrian chiles.

While both of these chefs are professionals, things definitely seemed to come down to the wire on both sides. But now it is time for the judging.

For the judging in this episode of Bobby’s Triple Threat we have Chef Michael Psilakis doing the blind tastings. And right away it is clear that he is going to be a tough judge, but in the best way.

After tasting both dishes from the two chefs, the results are in. Our titan, Tiffany Derry, earned her team 7 points, while Brittanny Anderson earned 8 points.

With a one point lead, it’s time for round two. This time the ingredients chosen by Bobby Flay are zucchini and parmigiano reggiano. And this time, Chef Anderson chose Michael Voltaggio to take on.

For this round Chef Brittanny is doing a lobster and Parmesan salad, similar to a Cesar salad, for dish one and her second dish is a stuffed zucchini blossom with the Parmesan. Then in our titan Chef Voltaggio’s kitchen, he is doing a Parmesan and Zucchini tart/cheesecake and dish two is a zucchini tenderloin creation.

And while we think our titan is a mad scientist, there were some challenges as he missed a step in his creation of the zucchini cheesecake creation. But with seconds left, he makes it happen.

Back to the judging and Chef Psilakis has some amazing things to say about our challenger’s dish, while our titan gets some mixed reactions. In the end, the points are 7 to Michael and 10 points to Brittanny (a first for Bobby’s Triple Threat). This means the titans are losing by 4 points heading into the final round.

With 20 points on the line it’s time for Chef Brooke Williamson to take on our challenger, who chose Hen of the Wood Mushrooms and Green Peppercorns as the ingredients for their one final dish.

For her final dish, Chef Brittanny is doing a Hen of the Woods At Poibre with Potato Rosti and a Soft Egg, while our titan, Chef Brooke is doing a Green Peppercorn Gnudi with Pickled Mushrooms and a Hen of the Woods Sauce. Basically, both of these chefs are going all out and leaving nothing on the table.

Now it is all up to Michael Psilakisand his judging. In this final round, our titan earned her team 17 points, while our challenger earned 18 points. So this means that yes, we have a new winner in the kitchen and she actually beat all three titans in each round!
