First up is the Christmas Goose. First of all…huh? Second of all, geese hunting typically begins in or around the month of September up in Wisconsin. A lot of recipes out there flavor a typical Christmas Goose with some navel oranges, sage, port wine, and stuffing. Hunt and make dinner!

Add in some salty bacon for additional and delicious flavors. Spicy jalapeños, salty bacon, creamy cheese, and super soft corn muffins just go together like the most perfect and happy family out there. What’s not to love about this recipe, especially when the jalapeño part of it is spicy and warm?!
