Triscuit debuts new flavors for the holidays….but you have to win them!
By Nancy West
Are you planning a get-together this holiday season? Well, every party needs an assortment of cheese and crackers. It’s a crowd-pleasing appetizer, as seen by the surge in popularity of charcuterie boards! A perfect addition to your cheese and cracker boards are Triscuit crackers.
It might be hard to believe, but Triscuit crackers have been around for over 100 years. They not only make their signature square-shaped shredded wheat crackers, but they now also make minis and thin crips in a variety of flavors.
As a long-time Triscuit lover, my favorites are the Fire Roasted Tomato and the Balsamic Vinegar & Basil flavors. However, just in time for the holiday season, Triscuit is debuting two new limited-edition holiday flavors: Apple Pie and Baked Brie Triscuits!
Will you be a winner of the new Triscuit holiday flavors?
Cheddar cheese and apple pie are a classic combo. Now you can easily put this flavor pairing to the test with the Apple Pie flavored Triscuits and a generous slice of cheddar cut off a block. Or stack the cheese flavors with a wedge of Brie placed on top of the Brie-flavored Triscuit. This combo sounds like a major flavor explosion!
Now, before you run out to your local market looking for these seasonal crackers, I have to let you know they’re not available in stores. The only way to get your hands on these new limited edition flavors is to win them.
Triscuit is giving fans a chance to win a box of each of the new, limited-edition Triscuit flavors. Today only, beginning at 10 AM, the cracker company is “gifting” the new crackers to fans via an Instagram sweepstakes. Here’s how you do it: follow @triscuit, then “like” the sweepstakes post on their page, and tag a friend in the comments with someone you want to spend the holidays with. (Click here for official rules). A total of 60 winners will be gifted with a box of each flavor.
So make sure you log onto Instagram today for a chance to be one of the lucky few who get to sample these new Triscuit flavors!
