Is the Outback Steakhouse open on Christmas?

Hello once again, dear readers. We’ve been through this many a time you and me, you reading and me doling out the news as to if your favorite restaurant locations are open on a particular holiday. Especially this place here, the Outback Steakhouse.

Many of my colleagues here at Guilty Eats have been at this restaurant holiday schedule portion of the business for a lot longer than me even, but it was my duty to inform many of you that the Outback Steakhouse was indeed closed on Thanksgiving just about a month ago, and very much to the chagrin of many of you out there.

Is the Outback Steakhouse open on Christmas, though?

Well, I’m afraid that time has come again, dear readers, the Outback Steakhouse will be closed on Christmas day. I wish I could give you better news, but that’s just the way the cookie crumbled I’m afraid, and I know full well that it’s tough to find a place to eat on Christmas, especially if you have to be out there to work or are on the road while others are home and cooking for themselves, friends and family.

They are open on the 24th but with a reduced schedule compared to their normal hours according to theholidayschedule.com.

The Outback does have an extensive food menu that doesn’t only include steak. Many of their menu options are indeed delicious, but the 25th will not be the time to try them.

Again, sorry to disappoint, but how about some funny Christmas videos? These are always a great way to break the awkward silence that always ensues after delivering a wee bit o’ bad news.
