As the new year quickly approaches, many of us will be thinking about how we can cut calories but still indulge in frozen sweet treats. Or maybe that’s just me! Luckily, Yasso has a whole lineup of  Greek yogurt treats to fill your freezer and keep you satiated in 2023!

Yasso was founded in 2009 by childhood friends Drew Harrington and Amanda Klane. It was one of the first companies to take Greek yogurt and turn it into delicious frozen treats. With over 200 million dollars in retail sales, it is evident that people love Yasso! The company continues to grow and offers an expanding collection of treats in mouth-watering flavors for whatever mood you are in!

The Greek yogurt bars are a perfect classic treat. The bars come in eleven fun flavors including black raspberry chip and pistachio brittle. Depending on the bar flavor, they have between 80 and 100 calories and 5 grams of protein. I was able to sample the birthday cake bars, which are cake-flavored Greek yogurt bars with rainbow sprinkles and cake dough mixed in! They were super tasty!

Enjoy Yasso Greek yogurt treats throughout the new year!

If you’re looking for something a little more indulgent, the company has dipped bars, which take the classic Greek yogurt bar and dip it in chocolate. It’s then covered in crispy quinoa for a nice crunch. I sampled the classic Vanilla Chocolate Crunch. The quinoa crispies are a unique and fun addition.

I love a good ice cream sandwich and Yasso makes a tasty one…with a surprising twist! They’ve eliminated the ice cream entirely and placed their frozen Greek yogurt between two chocolate wafers. The Greek yogurt sandwiches come in three flavors: mint chocolate chip, vanilla bean and peanut butter.

Traditional mochi is ice cream encased in rice dough. Yasso has made a delicious Greek yogurt version in four flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and mango. My teens are huge fans of mochi! They tried the vanilla and strawberry mochi from Yasso and confirm they are just as good as mochi ice cream treats they’ve enjoyed in the past.

Finally, you’ll want to try the Yasso Poppables. These are bite-size Greek yogurt bites covered in a chocolate coating. You’ll be eating these by the bagful!

You can also feel good enjoying Yasso products knowing that the company is doing good work. Harrington and Klane launched the Game On! Foundation in 2018. The non-profit helps provide health and wellness resources to communities in need.

Yasso frozen Greek yogurt treats can be found in most grocery retailers nationwide or can be purchased on the Yasso website.
