There are three main lines of of Kashi of cereal: Kashi GO (protein cereal), fruit and cereal flakes and Whole Wheat Biscuits cereal. Kashi GO has ten different flavors of cereal, so there’s sure to be a favorite for everyone. From Dark Cocoa, Peanut Butter Crunch and Coconut Almond Crunch to Original and Toasted Berry Crisp, each serving of cereal has between 9-13 grams of protein, depending on the flavor.

For those looking to increase their fiber intake, the Whole Wheat Biscuits cereal line has 6-8 grams of dietary fiber per serving, depending on the variety. This cereal comes in five flavors including Berry Fruitful, Island Vanilla and Autumn Wheat.

Kashi even makes several family-friendly cereals. Maple Waffle Crisp, Honey Toasted Oat Cereal and Warm Cinnamon Oat Cereal are likely to appeal to younger kids, while giving them a good serving of fiber.
