Girl Scouts kick off the 2023 cookie season with a new sponsor
Get ready to grab your wallet and ditch any ideas of keeping to your 2023 diet. It’s officially Girl Scouts Cookie season.
Thankfully, you shouldn’t have to wait too long before you’re approached about wanting to purchase some. Girl Scout Cookie season officially kicked off on January 10th, 2023 so you’ll be able to find some sooner than you might think.
Everyone has thoughts on which classic cookie is the best from the plethora of choices, but that’s not the only surprise the Girl Scouts has up its sleeve this year. Honestly, I’m surprised these two haven’t collaborated before but I won’t ruin the surprise just yet.
If you’re looking for something to enjoy after purchasing from your favorite Girl Scouts, you might find this new partnership helpful.
For 2023, Girl Scouts is adding a new partnership and a new cookie.
As you might guess, the most obvious pick for a Girl Scouts partnership is milk and that’s exactly what it is with a twist. For 2023, the Girl Scouts are adding Planet Oat Oatmilk as a partner and it makes a lot of sense. While some will still reach for a regular glass of milk, for those who can’t, oat milk is a viable substitute.
It’s clear the company is thrilled to partner with such an iconic brand as evidenced by the statement shared in a press release, There’s no treat as delicious as milk with Girl Scout Cookies, and we’re excited to invite cookie fans nationwide to discover a new pairing with plant-based, rich, and creamy Planet Oat Oatmilk.” Hopefully, those who either can’t or won’t drink regular milk will be able to enjoy some Girl Scout cookies with Planet Oat.
As for the other announcement made by the organization, 2023 brings a new flavor of cookie to enjoy and that’s Raspberry Rally. The only catch is that this one is an online exclusive so you’ll only be able to order this one via an online order. Of course, it’s best to place a regular order with your local troop before ordering the new flavor.
Regardless, Raspberry Rally sounds like it’s going to be similar to a Thin Mint, but rather than the mint flavor, you’re getting raspberry. Raspberry Rally joins the likes of Samoas, Do-Si-Dos, and Tagalongs as part of the Girl Scout cookie lineup we know and love. Only time will tell if Raspberry Rally ends up as a permanent fixture after this year.
