St. Patrick’s Day is only a few weeks away but Krispy Kreme is already getting ready for the holiday with its new collection of festive donuts. They are green, sugary, and delicious. And one of them has a rainbow. What more could you want?
The donut shop has a collection of four new St. Patrick’s Day-inspired donuts. They include the Golden Cookies & Kreme Doughnut, the Hat O’ Gold Doughnut, the Golden Sprinkle Doughnut, and the Rainbow Kreme Filled Doughnut.
The Golden Cookie & Kreme donut features a donut shell that is filled with golden cookies Kreme, dipped in white icing, and then covered in golden cookie pieces and a gold sprinkle blend. The Hat O’ Gold donut consists of a chocolate-iced donut with a plaid green icing pattern and is topped with a sugar leprechaun hat.
The Golden Sprinkle donut includes an original glazed donut that is then dipped in green icing and topped with gold St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles. And finally, the Rainbow Kreme-filled donut features an unglazed donut shell that’s filled with white Kreme, topped with green icing, and decorated with a sugar rainbow piece, white buttercream, and gold coin sprinkles. It’s ridiculously cute!
Krispy Kreme has new St. Patrick’s Day donut collection
If these donuts don’t scream luck of the Irish, I don’t know what does. If you are having a St. Patrick’s Day party at work or at home with your family, these are a must. They are available now through Friday, March 17 so get them while you can.
But these aren’t the only donuts Krispy Kreme has available for March 17. On March 16 and 17th, they are bringing back the fan-favorite O’riginal Glazed Doughnut. This is like the classic glazed but instead of white icing, it’s green.
Anyone wearing green who visits a Krispy Kreme shop will get a free one. No purchase is necessary. But even if you don’t wear green, you can buy these green-glazed confections by the dozen.
