My favorite meal of the two had to be the Creamy Pesto Chicken & Orzo with Capers & Currants. Not only was this a genuinely delicious meal, but it was truly easy to make. I was worried that this would be a little more work than I could handle, after having struggled with a previous orzo and chicken dish from Blue Apron, but I did not need to worry at all. This one came together so easily and tasted amazing.

I have to admit, I was worried that two servings would not be satisfying, however, it absolutely was. I was able to feed two people with what I received. And no one was hungry at the end. Plus, it only took 30 minutes to make this meal, which is great for those of us who don’t wanna spend hours in the kitchen.

Beyond the chicken and orzo, there is another meal that this kit includes. The other recipe in this kit is the Calabrian Beef & Gnocchi with Zucchini & Romano Cheese. And it was another winner. I will say that this particular meal was a bit heavier than the orzo dish, but it was satisfying. Again, two servings was in fact perfect for two people.
