Cedar’s has a new flavor of hummus available at Whole Foods

When it comes to snacking, there are so many options available to us, from savory to sweet. However, one of our favorites on the savory side of things, just so happens to be hummus from Cedar’s.

One thing we love to see from brand’s like Cedar’s is new flavors to enjoy and of course, more stores to hit up for our snacking fix. And just in time for April, Cedar’s has launched a new flavor of hummus that can be found at Whole Foods stores.

The new flavor is called the Cedar’s Organic Grecian Golden Hour Hommus! According to the press email we received about this new flavor, it’s described as a hummus that “consists of a lemon and oregano base, with a chickpea, herb and red pepper topping. The hints of oregano throughout are packed with flavor and really add an extra Mediterranean kick that all hommus lovers alike will rave about.”

Cedar’s unveils a new flavor that’s perfect for lemon lovers

It’s the perfect flavor for people who love lemon and lemony things. And as someone who loves all things lemon, it might just be a new favorite flavor. Every bite packs a burst of freshness that we associate with citrus and in particular lemon flavors.

I was a bit worried that this flavor would be hard to pair with the normal things I used to eat hummus with. However, I didn’t need to worry. This was a great for dipping, pretzels and bagel chips, as well as vegetables, like carrots, and celery sticks. I intentionally used garlic bagel chips to dip in my hummus, and I found that the hints of garlic married perfectly with the lemon flavor of this new Grecian Golden Hour Hommus.

If you are looking for some new snacking options, we highly recommend everything in the Cedar’s family, but for the lemon lovers of the world, this Grecian Golden Hour Hommus is a must.
