When we think of summer and warmer months, we think of Good Humor. Especially since they are the classic brand of the ice cream truck man!
For us, Good Humor has long been one of our go to treats when we want ice cream on the go. While their dessert bars have always delivered amazing flavors, it’s absolutely their strawberry shortcake that has our heart. So when we learned that Good Humor had partnered with Esteban Castillo, a known recipe creator and influencer, we were intrigued.
So what did they come up with for us this summer? What is the perfect recipe for those of us who love a strawberry shortcake flavored dessert?
