Starbucks just released their first blue drink…but is it good?!

Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks…….that’s something that I’ll personally never get tired of hearing. They are constantly coming out with brand new drinks to fit the seasons, holidays, and other trending flavors as well. The latest craze is their brand new blue drink. Yes, that’s right. It’s called the Blue Raspberry Cloud Frappuccino and everyone is already going completely nuts for it.

There’s only one catch or bit of bad news that comes with this, but we’ll get to that later.

This drink not only sounds delicious, but it also looks pretty dang delicious too. Having the word ‘cloud’ in the name of the drink alone just says a lot, because this drink truly does look like one.

Here’s what the brand new Starbucks blue drink consists of/tastes like:

  • Vanilla Bean Frap Base
  • Blue Raspberry Candy Flavoring
  • Edible Blue Candy Crystals (On Top Of The Fluffy Whipped Cream/Cloud)
  • Whipped Cream (Both On Top & In The Middle To Resemble An Actual Cloud)

Now, here’s where the ever-so-unfortunate piece of bad news comes in. (Super) unfortunately, this drink, as of right now at least, is only available in the UK, and not in the United States. However, I truly believe that one of two things should happen: (1) We either all try our absolute best to sign a petition to bring it over here OR (2) We all organize a group trip over to the UK that way we can all try it and enjoy it together, all while having the vacation/trip of a lifetime! Who’s in?!

Now, here’s just a bit more Karma, if you will. This Frappuccino is only available for ten whole days over in the UK, so I guess they can suffer too for not being able to have it whenever be on their permanent drink menus. Let’s just cross our fingers, hope, pray, send good thoughts, whatever it is that you do, in order to get it to us poor US-ers over here.
