When you think of On the Border, what comes to mind? Are you thinking of tacos, fajitas, and guacamole? I know we are. But what about a margarita?

When it comes to our favorite restaurants, it’s not really about the drinks as much as it is about the food. However, at On the Border, we typically think of both (although it’s definitely the tableside guacamole that has our hearts). And just in time for Cinco de Mayo, the restaurant has partnered up with Mark Wahlberg for a very special Marky Marg.

Available from now through May 5 (of course), the Marky Marg is not only made using Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila (the brand is backed by the actor and was founded in 2016), but it also features, lime, agave, a fresh, squeeze, lime, and triple sec. It’s an exclusive cocktail that is perfect with any of the Tex-Mex menu items available at the restaurant.

You can get a Marky Marg at On the Border now through Cinco de Mayo

The Marky Marg is a custom cocktail that will cost you $9.99 and is perfect with any meal on the menu. From the Signature Queso and the Border Sampler to the Ultimate Fajitas, Carne Asada, enchiladas, or anything else on the menu, this drink perfectly pairs with everything that On the Border has to offer.

Considering this margarita is only available through May 5, you will definitely want to head on over as soon as possible to get your hands on the Marky Marg. I know that’s our plan. And I do think that at $9.99 this is a great deal on a classic drink.

What do you think of this limited time drink deal? Will you be heading to On the Border to get your hands on a Marky Marg? How do you plan to celebrate Cinco de Mayo? Let us know down in the comments below.
