While there is never a bad time for soup dumplings, it’s not exactly something that’s easy to make at home. Especially if you have no idea how to make them. But that’s about to change with MiLa’s soup dumplings which are the perfect snack. It needs to be in everyone’s freezer ASAP.

I was sent a bag of the pork and a bag of the chicken soup dumplings and I need y’all to try them so I am not screaming about their deliciousness by myself. I was also sent a bamboo steamer to cook them in and it could not be easier.

All you have to do is heat up some water in a pan, place the bamboo steamer on top, put a liner in the bottom of the steamer (liners come with the soup dumplings), and then place the soup dumplings on the liner. Put the lid on top and wait 11-12 minutes.

They get so soft and delicate. Just carefully place them on a plate (or in your mouth. No judgment here). When you eat them, this is not a “take one bite and leave a second bite for later” situation. You need to eat the whole thing in one bite or you will have soup running down your chin.

MiLa soup dumplings need to be the next addition to your freezer

And the flavor is just so freaking good. It’s savory and umami (I have never used this word in my life) and ridiculously delicious.

But how do you get these amazing soup dumplings? You can get them on MiLa’s website. They come in big bags of 50 dumplings and besides pork and chicken, they also come in shrimp and pork (I need to try these!). The bags are $39.99 each. Yes, that is a lot for dumplings but they are totally worth it!

The brand also offers Chinese noodles, sauces, and ice cream! The ice cream flavors they offer are pretty unique. They include Milk Candy Peppermint Bark, Jasmine Green Tea, and Rose Lychee.
