The various platforms of social media allow for countless ideas of self-expression, including humor, sadness, happiness, and even some posts that truly make us turn our heads into deep, deep confusion. Recently, there’s a been a certain TikTok account from a certain brand of soda that’s been catching the attention of anyone that scrolls right on past it; some people have even gone on to say that it’s truly one of a kind. Welcome Mountain Dew to TikTok!

What makes Mountain Dew’s TikTok so unique but lovable? Let’s find that out!

According to Mashed.com, imagine a video where “a pug-faced monkey with human baby feet riding a scooter over a bunch of rubber chickens”. Does that sound like it has anything to do with Mountain Dew? Certainly not. However, that’s just one short little snippet into the different types of videos that make up the popular soda brand’s TikTok account.

Many people are wondering why the brand is choosing to showcase themselves in this way, but the real question should be why aren’t the other brands following suit? Obviously something’s been working for Mountain Dew, right? Much like them, when it comes to showcasing yourself or your brand over on social media, you just simply cannot be afraid to take any sort of risks! All of this unique marketing is actually pretty genius on their part. Why? Because it gets people talking about them. People tell their friend “OMG did you see the latest video from Mountain Dew over on TikTok?” And then the views and the clicks start coming and so does the revenue.

When looking at various videos of theirs, it’s pretty widely known that these sorts of videos are actually very popular; some have even racked up millions and millions of views!

Some people laugh at these videos and other people have even described themselves as “feeling dazed” after watching them! Whatever you feel, just keep on watching and enjoying!
