While not in the same league as Burger King or McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr. has its fair share of fans. The fast food chain has built a reputation on great food and raunchy television ads that sometimes have never made it to air.

Whatever it takes to stand apart, am I right?

Anyway, this year Carl’s Jr. is celebrating 82 years in the fast food business, which as everyone knows is no easy feat. When chains come and go as often as they do, a brand with that kind of staying power should be celebrated.

Which is why Carl’s Jr. is doing just that. But instead of giving themselves a big party and presents, they are giving them to their fans. Particularly the ones who have downloaded and used their app since they first introduced it.

The 82-cent Double Cheeseburger deal will only be available at Carl’s Jr. for one day.

That’s why on July 17, if you have the Carl’s Jr. app on your phone you will be able to get a Double Cheeseburger for just 82 cents. Yes, you read that right. A double cheeseburger for less than a dollar.

The Carl’s Jr. Double Cheeseburger includes a pair of charbroiled beef patties that have been topped with American cheese, onions, mustard, ketchup and pickles all on a fresh bun. So you can see why folks could get excited to get one of these for just the change you probably have in your pocket right now.

Additionally, if you signed up for the app on July 17, 2022 during last year’s big birthday party, you can get a free Chocolate Cake with a minimum purchase at any Carl’s Jr.

So an 82-cent Double Cheeseburger and a Chocolate Cake. Sounds like a hell of a party to me.
