Beercoal is back! Miller Lite has done it once again, and they have brought what is considered the top BBQ cook out beverage—beer—and infused charcoals with it. And all so the meats you set on the grill get that beautiful beer flavor, impressing all of your guests.

Beer is a great way to infuse flavor into any recipe. Hence the invention of beer battered fish, and of course beef in Guinness stew. Beer has properties that help deglaze meat and at the same time add a great wee bit of flavor to the mix.

Beercoal is definitely back! Celebrate by getting a bag and hitting your back yard grill for a BBQ worth remembering…

I worked the line at many kitchens as I scribbled away trying to sell my writings on my way to writing full time, and finding new ways to cook meat was something I prided myself in.

Well, adding beer to a tasty chili or Bolognese sauce was something I accomplished, and to happy crowds who more than welcomed the recipes. I also used to boil ribs in beer before I used to add them to the grill. Another neat trick you should try dear readers.

But speaking of the grill, we’ve all heard of hickory wood chips or any other assortment of aromatic wood chips and pellets to a grill, but Miller has brought actual charcoals infused with beer to the party and everyone sure is excited, and why wouldn’t they be?

According to a news report published at foodbeast.com, last year when this was done, the item in question, Beercoal, sold almost instantaneously, so it was without question that they would be returning.

Well, Beercoal is definitely back and grill masters everywhere are salivating and rubbing their hands at the prospect of hitting the grills in their respective backyards.

The item is a joint venture partnering Miller of course and Kingsford, a trusted name in the charcoal and aromatic wood pellet game for BBQ. A match made in heaven, many would say.

As of this writing, Beercoal is still available, so take a look into getting some if you haven’t already.
