Are you ready for a second year of art and foodie magic at Baha Mar in the Bahamas? That’s right the Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival is back.
Following a successful first outing at Baha Mar, the Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival is back. And it looks like it is going to be bigger and better than ever. While it is still early days, and things are still being finalized, we do have an idea of some of the special guests that will be taking part in this year‘s festival. And we are so excited for this year‘s lineup.
So who all will be in attendance for the second annual Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival at Baha Mar?
Baha Mar is gearing up for the Second Annual Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival
On the events page, there were some familiar faces from the first year including Marcus Samuelsson (he absolutely felt like the beating heart of the first year), Carla Hall, Dario Cecchini, Amanda Freitag, and Simeon Hall Jr.. And of course resident Artist John Cox is once again helping bring a spotlight to the beauty of art from the islands.
So who are the new additions to the festival? For this year, our new additions to the lineup are Katsuya Uechi, Scott Conant (I’ll admit I am super excited by the addition of Conant to the roster), Geoffrey Zakarian, Michelle Bernstein, Ken Fredrickson, Fernando Beteta, Noah Rothbaum, and finally Eitan Bernath.
Honestly, this lineup is a who’s who of the food and wine world. And it is a further proof that Baha Mar is dedicated to making this festival not only an annual tradition, but one that will leave a lasting impression for anyone who chooses to attend.
After getting the chance to experience the first festival, I highly recommend it for anyone who loves food, wine, culture, art, and of course, the Bahamas. And while there are a few things that I would love to see in this second year, I truly believe that this year’s event will be even better than last.
