It might only be August, but spooky season is gearing up and that means pumpkin spice everything is returning. But what about at DQ? Are they getting ready for pumpkin spice and everything nice early this year?

According to a press email we received on behalf of DQ, fans of their fan favorite Pumpkin Pie Blizzard are in luck! While this fall classic isn’t dropping on August 16 like Dunkin’ with their Pumpkin drinks or even August 1 like 7-Eleven did with their Pumpkin Spice coffee drink, we will be able to end August with this sweet treat.

It seems that the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is set to return to DQ menus as of August 28! And it will be around while supplies last. (We expect it to stick around through the end of October, but that has not been confirmed.)

Pumpkin Pie Blizzards are back at DQ as of August 28

For anyone who has yet to get their hands on a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and you want to know what all makes this a pumpkin pie inspired treat, have no fear as we have the description of this one straight from the source.

"The iconic Blizzard Treat is as sweet as – well – pie, combining real pumpkin pie pieces and world-famous DQ vanilla soft serve, topped with whipped topping and a dash of nutmeg."

It really is like turning soft serve ice cream into a pumpkin pie. And if you have never tried one before, we highly recommend it. We can only hope that the DQ closest to us has this one on the menu as of August 28, because we will absolutely be snagging one of these for ourselves.
