When it comes to boozy coffee drinks, everyone knows Baileys Irish Cream is the way to go and now, the brand is taking it to the next step.

To help NYC cool off, the brand decided to team up with Malai and create a limited-edition ice cream flavor. Called “Baileys Cardamom Fudge Swirl,” this is an homage to the classic flavors of Baileys Irish Cream without any of the alcohol.

You’ll also be able to enjoy some South Asian flavors courtesy of Malai. Coupled with the fudge swirled throughout, this sounds like a tasty treat for the dog days of summer. If you’re based in NYC, you can taste this new flavor on August 19th in Soho by visiting Broadway between Prince and Spring Street from 12-6 pm.

If you’re in Brooklyn, then you can enjoy it on August 20th by visiting Wythe between 11th and 12th Street from 12-6 pm. If you’re unable to make either, we’ve got the scoop on how to make a delicious Baileys Irish Cream drink at home.

If you’re still based in NYC and won’t have a chance to visit the Baileys Ice Cream Bar, then you can head to Malai’s flagship store. This exclusive flavor will be available to order until the end of August but some of us can’t head to NYC before the flavor gets removed so Baileys decided to share a fun recipe with us.

You might be looking to stay cool and want something to put some pep in your step. That’s where the Baileys Iced Coffee comes in. It’s your choice if you want to enjoy it in the morning. All you’ll need for this drink is 2.5 ounces of Baileys Irish Cream and 6 ounces of iced coffee. From there, you need to add iced coffee to your cup with ice before mixing in Baileys Irish Cream and stir.

Whether you’re able to visit the Baileys Ice Cream Bar or not, you’ll have something new to try either way. The only way you’ll be sad is if you’re not a coffee drinker. Thankfully, most people are so you can spice up your usual coffee order in a fun way.
