Lucky Charms have been magically delicious since the beginning. It’s hard to believe the beloved breakfast cereal is turning 60.

Yes, you heard me right. Lucky Charms is turning 60 years old in 2024 but General Mills wants to make sure you get the most bang for your buck now. Given the price of everything, that’s pretty amazing.

Thankfully, the brand is putting the money back in your pocket. Whether you’re a long-time lover of Lucky and his charms or want to give them a try, the company is making sure you’ll be able to get a little bit of a kickback.

I don’t know about you but given the price of everything, any little bit will help. With that being said, let’s get into some of the varieties you can choose from and how you can help celebrate a little bit early.

Lucky Charms wants you to feel the love ahead of its upcoming birthday.

As long as you’re a fan of Lucky Charms, this should be easy for you. All you have to do is purchase your Lucky Charms as normal and head to the website. From there, it’s just a matter of you scanning your receipt and you’ll end up being reimbursed for the difference. Of course, it’ll all be minus the 60 cents you paid for it. You have to have purchased your box from September 12th until October 31st to redeem it so keep that in mind. The only caveat is that it’s only one rebate per household but other than that, you’re good to go.

If you’re looking to get the most bang for your buck, you can enjoy some of the classic Lucky Charms which are great on their own. There’s also a Chocolate variety now and even, S’mores. Considering summer is coming to a close, that’s a great one to pick up now. In addition, you can even grab Lucky Charms Minis which are a smaller version of your favorite magical cereal.

Breakfast isn’t the only time you can enjoy them, though. As shared on the brand’s website, you can make your very own cereal bars, pancakes, or even, frozen yogurt bark. Frankly, I think you can’t go wrong with what you decide to do but there’s no denying it’s nice to have a bowl during breakfast time.

It’s also great if you have little ones in the house and they’re looking for a quick snack. I know my nephew is going to love the ones I got. I’d like to thank Lucky Charms for sending me some boxes as I’m now going to be adding them to my breakfast rotation this week. Plus it gives us plenty of time to get ready for Lucky’s most magical time of year: St. Patrick’s Day. Either way, there is no denying Lucky Charms can make a boring day a little more magical.
