While we all love pretzels, most of us don’t associate it with Thanksgiving. If you’re in the mood for something different this year, you’ll want to try this Pretzel Stuffing.

The recipe comes from Auntie Anne’s and is something new to try without making it too different from what you know. If you’re near Auntie Anne’s or are just a regular, this is a great way to incorporate your favorite treat into the holiday.

Frankly, you don’t need much for this recipe and it’s not much different from the classic stuffing recipe we’re all familiar with.

Before getting into the recipe, this serves 8-12 people but you can always adjust accordingly. For Pretzel Stuffing, you’ll need 6 Auntie Anne’s Original Pretzels, 2 sticks of butter, 6 ounces of evaporated milk, 3 beaten eggs, 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning, a 14-ounce can of chicken stock, 1 large chopped onion, and 4 chopped stalks of celery.

You begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and while that’s heating, melt your two sticks of butter in a large pot with your celery and onions until the onions are transparent. From there, cut up your pretzels into a bowl before adding along with your eggs, evaporated milk, and chicken stock to the onions and celery.

Add your poultry seasoning before mixing together and then cover and bake in a pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. To finish it, uncover your pretzel stuffing and then continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. After that, you have your own Pretzel Stuffing from Auntie Anne’s which sounds like a fun way to mix up your traditional Thanksgiving fare.

Whether you’re celebrating with family or having Friendsgiving, bringing this is sure to get people excited or at least, talking about your dish. Ultimately, it’s all about sharing your favorites and being thankful for what you have so bringing some Auntie Anne’s will put a smile on anyone’s face.
