Chill out this winter with Barilla's limited-edition Snowfall Pasta

Winter is upon us or at least, most of us feel a slight chill in the air. No matter if you're feeling the heat or not, Barilla shared its newest limited-edition pasta shape.

While some might think of Barilla Love, this is pretty similar but it's Snowfall Pasta. Most of us have yet to see snowflake or anything close to snow so Barilla has the solution. It's also coming out just ahead of the holiday season so you can stock up if you'd like.

In a press release shared with Guilty Eats: "Starting in early December, Barilla Snowfall pasta will be available exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and Walmart.com while supplies last." It gives you plenty of time to plan for your Black Friday shopping and then, get ready to enjoy a comforting meal once December hits.

The other thing that's cool is that each box contains three different shapes which the brand explains: "Within each box, three unique shapes represent elements of the season and ethos of the brand; tradition with the depiction of the traditional snowflake, joy with the beautiful poinsettia- inspired ridges, and love, with the heart at the center, paying homage to Barilla’s tagline, “A Sign of Love." If that doesn't make you want to cozy up with a big bowl of this, I don't know what else will.

Barilla shared some fun recipes to use your Snowfall Pasta.

As exciting as the announcement is, Barilla shared some recipes if you're looking to try something new with your Snowfall Pasta. First is the Kid-Friendly Cheddar Mac & Cheese but it's made with Snowfall Pasta instead. The recipe is cheesy, easy and comforting. Plus your kids will probably gobble it up which is always a plus.

Another crowd-pleaser is the Creamy Chicken, Broccoli and Snowfall Pasta. Made with simple ingredients, this one is sure to be a favorite and an easy one to add into your dinner rotation. Plus it serves 6, making it perfect for a family dinner or bringing to a Friendsgiving event. Next is the Chicken Caprese Snowfall Pasta which amps up the flavor and even has you using Barilla's Tomato & Basil Sauce.

Of all the ones we've shared, the one I'm dying to try is the Chicken and Snowfall Pasta Soup. This is made with the Snowfall pasta, veggies, chicken and plenty of cheese and garlic, making it the ultimate comfort food. Since I'm a soup lover, this one was immediately calling to me. However, I do think Barilla put together some pretty amazing recipes in general so I'll probably end up trying them all.

Regardless, this limited-edition release from Barilla will no doubt be on top of many a home chef's wish list.
