Insomnia Cookies has given fans another reason to visit their cookie shops ASAP! They recently launched their limited-edition holiday cookie collections that you will definitely want to try. But you have to be quick. These cookies are only available for a short period of time.
Insomnia Cookies are known for their warm, freshly baked cookies. There’s nothing like a chocolate chip cookie straight out of the oven! The store’s late night hours are also a plus, so you can fill your cookie cravings, even in the middle of the night!
The Limited-Edition Festive & Filled Collection is available at Insomnia Cookies bakeries nationwide, and the cookies are available now through Thanksgiving or while supplies last. The descriptions sent to us in a press release have our mouths watering! The limited-edition cookies include:
Chocolate Salted Caramel Filled Classic – Rich double chocolate cookie filled with gooey salted caramel. The ultimate sweet and salty treat.
Apple Pie Filled Classic – The perfect pie, but in cookie form. A soft brown sugar cookie with a spiced apple pie filling center, topped with cinnamon.
Cinnamon Bun Filled Classic – It's back! Warm cinnamon cookie packed with cinnamon chips, white chocolate chips, and filled with a cinnamon sugar filling. You can thank us later.
Then, from December 9 through December 29, or while supplies last, the below list of cookies will be available in Insomnia Cookies bakeries:
Red Velvet Cookies 'N Cream Classic –Our iconic red velvet cookie mixed with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and vanilla chips.
Jelly Doughnut Filled Classic – Warm classic cookie filled with sweet raspberry jam and topped with a sprinkle of crystalized sugar.
Jinglebread Cheesecake Filled Classic – Gingerbread spiced cookie with hints of molasses, swirled with a sprinkle of cinnamon and filled with a rich cream cheese center.
While I’ve enjoyed my share of Insomnia Cookies, I haven’t tried a filled cookie. And they all sound delicious! Choices, choices, choices!
