Bruster's turns a fall classic into limited-time ice cream flavor for September
By Trey Weston
During the fall season, one of the most delicious desserts out there is an apple pie. The crispiness that comes with every bite, mixed with the soft tastiness of the apples, makes it a necessary option at the dinner table. But imagine having the ability to enjoy the delicacy as an ice cream. That's exactly what Bruster's Ice Cream is doing with its September flavor launch.
As September officially serves as the beginning of fall, Bruster's has two new flavors available for the month. Per PR provided by Bruster's to Guilty Eats, here are the flavors that will be available for a limited time:
- Caramel Apple Crunch — Experience the freshness of the orchard with apple ice cream, spiced with ribbons of caramel cinnamon and complemented by shortbread pieces for a sweet twist on a seasonal classic.
- Deep Dish Apple Pie — Apple ice cream, swirled with cinnamon and apple shortbread pieces, delivers the warmth of a deep-dish pie. For the full experience, try it as an ice cream pie made entirely of our Deep Dish Apple Pie flavor.
Well, it is clear that Bruster's is making the monthly flavors of September have an apple emphasis. And hey, I'm all here for it since I can get banana ice cream from Baskin Robbins and apple ice cream from Bruster's.
That said, the most exciting option here looks like the Deep Dish Apple Pie. What better way to gear up for fall than having the ability to enjoy apple pie ice cream before you have a slice at the Thanksgiving dinner table in a few months?
