Crumbl Cookies is channeling a sweet Italian treat for new cookie available January 22 to 27

The week of January 22 to the 27th is going to be an extra sweet one at Crumbl Cookies. Not only have they chosen to introduce a whole new sweet treat that is not exactly a cookie, but they are also channeling an Italian classic with one of their cookies.

This week at Crumbl, they are introducing a new Cinnamon Square that they explain is not a cookie or a cinnamon roll, but more like a cross between the two treats. And while that is exciting, we are also all about the cookie menu lineup.

For the newest cookie flavor, they are introducing their new Cannoli cookie! This is a sandwich cookie (joining the other new cookies from January) that features a cannoli-inspired filling between buttery cookies with mini chocolate chips and dusted with a powdered sugar. Basically, it is like taking a cannoli and eating like a cookie. And that sounds like a win to me.

But of course, there are more cookies on the menu beyond the non-cookie Cinnamon Square and the new Cannoli sandwich cookie. So what are the cookies for the week of January 22 to the 27th?

• Strawberry Crumb Cake: This is a strawberry flavored cookie with a streusel of vanilla and strawberry on top that is glazed! This sounds decadent and delicious and we expect nothing less.
• Peanut Butter featuring Reese's Pieces: Take a peanut butter cookie and pack it with Reese's Pieces and you have this cookie that arrives on the Crumbl menu just in time for National Peanut Butter Day on January 24!
• Cookies & Cream: For this cookie we are getting a marbled cookie that has both chocolate and vanilla that is then topped with pieces of cookies and a drizzle on top.
• Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk: This is a classic cookie that basically elevates the chocolate chip cookie with the help of chocolate chunks and that perfect sprinkle of flaky salt to bring out the sweetness of the chocolate.

This entire week sounds decadent and delicious and we are here for it all. From the cannoli cookie that sounds like it will become a new favorite to the semi-sweet chocolate chunk that is already a favorite, this is going to be a sweet week at Crumbl.
