Wendy’s offering free eclipse Frostys all week long

We’ve already seen plenty of chains and treats getting into the “only during the eclipse” type deal. Now get ready for one that starts the day of the eclipse and runs all week long: Wendy’s is giving away free Frostys, starting on April 8, 2024

Per Parade, the offer is valid for two flavors of Frosty only: Classic Chocolate; or the new Orange Dreamsicle flavor. However, unlike SunChips four minutes and 27 seconds deal on Monday, you have plenty of time to enjoy a free Frosty, as the offer is open until April 14, 2024.

I’ll be honest: this seems less like a solar eclipse deal, and more like they wanted to give away free Frostys and are using the eclipse as a hook. But whatever, free Frostys, so who cares?

In order to take advantage of the offer, you’ll have to log into the Wendy’s app starting on Monday (April 8) and just, you know, select it. Also of note, this is for a free small Frosty only, and you only get one. Sorry, those of you hoping for non-stop Frostys all week long.

In addition to the free Frosty, Wendy’s has a few other ongoing deals on tap for next week. As already announced you can get a $1 Dave’s Single or a $2 Dave’s Double, also in the app, until Wednesday, April 10, 2024. And you can get a free Dave’s Single with a purchase of $15 in the Uber Eats app with a minimum purchase of $15.

And while it seems like you could take advantage of all these deals at once, not so. You could probably snag one of the two latter deals, or the Frosty deal. But not both at the same time. This is darker than the time the moon blocked out the sun!
