Will Crumbl be dropping a carrot cake soon?
When we think of Crumbl, we think of cookies. We think of a rotating menu of flavors that can be inspired by a wide range of desserts and ideas. But recently, the brand has been thinking outside of the cookie box.
Not only have they released new, non-cookie desserts, but they have also been testing a few different desserts as well. Recently, we talked about a test they were doing with Key Lime Pies. And now, it sounds like they have been doing a test of Carrot Cake as well.
According to the foodie Instagram account Snackolator, it seems that Crumbl tested a new Carrot Cake dessert in a few different locations across the country. In the post they shared to their Instagram, Snackolator revealed that, "while this was tested only at a few stores, my local store told me that they expect this to roll out nationally soon (just like the Tres Leches was released nationally just a few weeks after being tested)."
Crumbl recently tested a Carrot Cake and it might come to stores nationwide soon
Considering how quickly they dropped the Tres Leches Cake after that test, and with Easter coming soon, it makes perfect sense that a Carrot Cake would release in stores nationwide soon. Carrot Cake for Easter just goes perfectly together, so it does seem possible that we could see this new cake option by the end of March.
So what exactly would a Crumbl Carrot Cake deliver? This new cake was described as giving us "two tiers of carrot cake mixed with warm spices, coconut, pineapple, and carrots, all layered with a light glaze and vanilla cream cheese frosting, then topped with chopped pecans."
Obviously we don't have a lot of information on a new, non-cookie dessert from Crumbl just yet. However, the fact that they have tested two more non-cookie treats is exciting. And of course the fact that they dropped the Tres Leches Cake as quickly as they did after testing it makes us think they may end up doing the exact same thing with the Carrot Cake, especially since Spring has just begun and we have Easter to think about.
We can't wait to see if the Carrot Cake hits stores as soon as we think it will. And of course, we want to know what you think of this new treat.
