Pizza Hut to offer beer delivery

Pizza hut is experimenting with the idea of a beer delivery service but it is only available in select chains.
In an effort to fight against pizza delivery rivals Domino’s. Pizza Hut is about to offer beer delivery in the hope of attracting new customers. That’s right you can order a sweet cold beer with your pizza and have it delivered straight to your door.
It’s only in the experimental stages right now and is only available in a small number of store locations in Arizona and California.

This experiment first began in December last year but the expansion of the service is about to take place. The overall aim is to have the service spread to all of their store locations. Pizza Hut has approximately 6,300 stores with 1,700 already possessing a liquor license.
Currently, Pizza Hut holds a beer partnership with Anheuser-Busch but they are believed to be looking to add MillerCoors as a beer partner as well. It is not known if they would add other beers lines in the future.

This is all part of the companies growing transformation. They pledged to hire approximately 14,000 staff members back in July last year in order to improve customer delivery times. Along with significant investment being made into other areas of the business.
