Father’s Day: What restaurants are open and what are not?

Father’s Day is just around the corner and no doubt you will want to treat your father to a special dinner somewhere, so what is open and what is not?
This Sunday is Father’s day and you may be considering taking your dad out for dinner. Of course, the last thing you want to do is get to the restaurant and find it is closed.
So what, if anything, is closed? Or is everything opens on June 17?

Well, the good news is that Father’s Day is not a day that restaurants would take off. It would be like the toy store closing during the Christmas holidays, or the chocolate store closing a week before Valentine’s Day.

Restaurants will get a lot of foot traffic through their front door on Father’s Day so you can bet that the restaurant you are planning to go to will be open.
However, it is a Sunday and some restaurants do take the day off. So if the restaurant you are planning to go to normally closes on a Sunday, you may want to double check their opening times just to be safe.

In fact, wherever you plan to go to, double check the restaurant is open. It might seem unnecessary considering the day it is but it is always better to be safe rather than sorry. You may also need a reservation as well if the restaurant is in popular demand.
