Arby’s Canada is introducing a new Poutine to the menu
By Callum Gunn
Fans of Poutine rejoice! Arby’s Canada is introducing new Poutine to the menu, Smokehouse Brisket, and Spicy Brisket Poutine.
Poutine! The dish consisting of French fries and cheese curds topped with gravy was born in Canada and will always be a Canadian favorite within the fast food industry. In fact, it is loved by so many Canadians that Arby’s is adding two new Poutine dishes to the menu, Smokehouse Brisket, and Spicy Brisket Poutine.
Arby’s Canada has had the Smokehouse Brisket Poutine on the menu before, so it’s more of a welcome back than a hello. However, the Spicy Brisket Poutine, which is also available without the spice, is brand new to the Arby’s menu.

The Poutine dishes are back for a limited time only. How long the limited time will be is unclear, so you may want to try out the dish the next time you visit the fast food chain.
Arby’s is also welcoming back the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich at the same time. Similar to the Smokehouse Brisket Poutine, the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was once on the Arby’s menu some time ago but only for a limited time.

The Smokehouse Brisket will feature some mouthwatering 13-hour pit-smoked brisket. Smoked Gouda cheese is also in there along with some crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce.
The new Spicy Brisket Poutine and Brisket Poutine will feature the classic Arby’s curly fries. It’s then topped with smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, cheese curds, and gravy. For those who opt for the spicy version, a dash of diced jalapenos will be added to your dish.
No announcements have been made about if Arby’s restaurants in the US will feature the new Poutine. Considering the dish is a Canadian one, however, it is unlikely to be added.
