Usually, fall menus are met with much enthusiasm; but not Tim Hortons. Their new menu has been met with a wave of sarcasm and distaste.
When Starbucks announced their new fall menu, fans couldn’t hold back how excited they were. Especially when they learned the Pumpkin Spice Latte was arriving much earlier than expected. Dunkin’ Donuts announced their lineup and it raised many heads in interest at their new fall donut. And many other fast food and coffee chains have had similar reactions; but not Tim Hortons.
The Canadian fast food chain unveiled their new fall menu, and while some fans showed their excitement, they were the minority.

A huge amount of fans were not overly impressed and they showed their opinion.

Some fans showed their distaste at how early the menu was coming out. Some expressed their disgust at the idea of some of the fall menu items. Some went the full hog and just made it clear that Tim Hortons should just stick to making normal coffee and that’s it.
It wasn’t really the reaction the chain was looking for, no doubt they were looking for a similar wave of praise and excitement like what Starbucks received, but it was far from it.
Tim Hortons will no doubt be hoping that once customers sample their fall menu, they will change their view on what they think about them.
