Krispy Kreme adds a spooky element to the Original Glazed Donuts for Halloween

Pumpkin Spice may be the go-to flavor for the fall, but Krispy Kreme is now getting into the Halloween spirit. The Original Glazed Donuts are getting a spooky makeover.
The fall is here and that means pumpkin spice everything. October is also the month for horror and scares and Krispy Kreme is getting into the spirit. The Original Glazed Donuts are getting a makeover for Halloween 2018.
There are three different donuts to choose from: the Trick or Treat Donut, the Monster Batter Donut or the Jack-O-Lantern Donut. Each one offers something delicious but spooky for the season.

The Trick or Treat Donut is full of salted caramel and M&M’s goodness, topping a normal Original Glazed Donut ring. There’s a caramel glaze to finish this off, making it heavy on the treat and zero on the tricks.

When it comes to one for the kids, the Monster Batter Donut is the one to turn to. An Original Glazed filled donut is packed with cake batter–yes, delicious gooey cake batter. A green slimy icing tops the donut with monster eyes and candy sprinkled over the top.
Finally, it’s all about the Jack-O-Lantern Donut. This one is just as it sounds and it’s one of the most popular from Krispy Kreme donuts every single year for Halloween. You get a filled Original Glazed with an orange icing and a Jack-O-Lantern face.
