If you have never tasted the heavingly flavor of the McRib. The sandwich comprises of seasoned boneless pork, that pork is layered with thick in sweet, tangy barbecue sauce. It’s then topped off with some slivered onions and pickles. Of course, it all comes on a bun, but not just any bun, a hoagie-style bun.

McDonald’s lays claim to the sandwich as a firm fan favorite for over 35 years, which, is perfectly believable. It is a great tasting sandwich and there is no reason for it not to have been a favorite for so long.

It won’t be around forever though. Like all the good things in McDonald’s, the McRib is a limited time option. Details of what exactly the limited time is, as usual, are vague. An official statement of how long the McRib will be on the menu for has not been announced, so it could be until the end of the year, it could be until the summer of 2019. Who knows?

Best thing to do is to head out and enjoy one while you can when they arrive in November. Make sure you visit their website to ensure the restaurant you are visiting is offering the sandwich.
