While Veterans Day is a day to remember the fallen soldiers, it’s also a day that many families will go out for meals together. Others will watch the parade and then look for somewhere quick to grab food and a warm drink. Is Chick-fil-A open on Veterans Day 2018.
It’s understandable that you’re looking for this information. Chick-fil-A is one of those places that closes more frequently than other fast food joints. Usually, it does remain open on Veterans Day, but this year it’s different.

Veterans Day is Nov. 11 and that falls on a Sunday this year. You’ll probably know that Chick-fil-A observes religious holidays and doesn’t open on a Sunday because of this. Every Sunday the place is closed, whether it’s a holiday or not. That means it’s not going to be open on Veterans Day 2018.

You’ll need to wait until Nov. 12 to get your Chick-fil-A. Most other fast food joints will be open, though, as they don’t observe the Sunday close. You can head to McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, and many more locations instead.
This isn’t going to be the only holiday in November the fast-food chain will be closed. Get ready for Thanksgiving, as the locations are usually closed on this day too. Christmas is also on its way, so you’ll see it close then, too.
