Let’s be honest here. A lot of us are going to be in need of caffeine on New Year’s Day. Some of us much more than others. But can you even grab the elixir of life from somewhere like Starbucks on the day? Is Starbucks open New Year’s Day 2019?

However, while Starbucks may be open, you shouldn’t expect them to be up and running like any other normal day. It is a holiday after all and the majority of stores may adopt holiday hours. Therefore opening hours are going to vary more than usual from place to place.
Thankfully. It’s really easy to find out who is open and who is not. Starbucks first of all have a store locator option via their website. This displays where your nearest store is to you, but also, the opening hours for that store. And they are really accurate as well.
If you feel that the locator is not working probably. And you want to be really sure if the Starbucks you plan on attending is open then what you want to do is reach out to them directly.

Doing this via phone is the easiest thing to do. You can find the customer telephone number online by simply searching the store you want. Or you use the store locator that Starbuck has as well. With that number, you can speak to a staff member directly and inquire how long the coffee chain is going to be open for on New Year’s Day.
