Hershey’s Kisses has a new Valentine’s Day flavor and it’s available now

It’s time to look forward to the next holiday, Valentines Day, and Hershey’s Kisses already has a new flavor for the day lined up. And it’s available right now.

It’s time to pack away the Santa Clause and Snowmen themed items and start looking forward to the next main holiday, Valentines Day. The season of the little man in a diaper with a bow and arrow is just around the corner and Hershey’s Kisses is already getting a jump on things with a new flavor.

The new Lava Cake Hershey’s Kisses are now out nationwide. Described by Hershey’ as being “the perfect indulgent treat for your partner.” They will be around for a limited time only and expected to be priced at around $3.89.

Hershey’s Kisses Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 30 Hershey’s Kisses Brand Lava Cake Dark Chocolate Candies
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
  • ½ cup Hershey’s Cocoa
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions 

  • Heat oven to 350° F. Grease and sugar 10 (4 oz.) ramekins of custard cups. Remove wrappers from candies; set aside.
  • Place butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until melted. Add cocoa; stir until smooth. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar; stir with spoon until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well with spoon. Add flour; stir until well blended.
  • Fill prepared cups about 2/3 full with batter. Push points of 3 chocolates about halfway into batter.
  • Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until outer cake portion springs back when lightly touched with finger (Cake may still appear moist where chocolates were added.) cool in cups on wire racks about 5 minutes.
  • To serve, run knife around outer edge of cake; invert onto serving plate. Garnish as desired. Makes 10 brownie cakes.
