Chick-fil-A expands spicy chicken strips testing to other locations

Chick-fil-A has decided it is time to expand the number of stores currently testing their new spicy chicken range of fast food menu options.

Select Chick-fil-A stores have been testing out spicy chicken strips since last year. A test which must be going well because Chick-fil-A has decided to expand the number of stores testing the menu option along with adding new test menu items as well.

Locations in Philadelphia, Central Texas, South Texas, and Phoenix have been testing the spicy chicken strips and all of the locations will continue to do so. However, locations in Phoenix, Yuma, and Tucson-area will start testing the Spicy Chick-n-Strips Biscuit.

A new menu item which consists of two Spicy Chick-n-Strips place on a freshly baked buttermilk biscuit. The price of the new item is expected to start at around $3.09.

Another menu item being tested is the Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. A new menu item introduced to the Phoenix area; but one tested out previously in Orlando, St. Louis, and Knoxville. Expected to cost around $4.95 the Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich features marinated spicy grilled chicken, some Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and some cilantro lime sauce. It is all put together on a toasted multi-grain brioche bun.

The last new item being tested out by Chick-fil-A is part of the catering option. Available in the Phoenix location. The Grilled Spicy Deluxe Bundle option is designed to serve up to ten people and is a build-your-own type of package deal.
