As much as we love to give in to our kid’s favorite cravings, it’s important to have a company we can trust to provide two main needs: a tasty and healthy meal. Kidfresh checks both and even more of these categories!
Parents, we know what it’s like to have a picky eater at home. This is especially frustrating when your other kid eats just about anything you serve. Making two separate meals is no fun, particularly for working parents. What are we to do? Hunt for a brand that can do both! Kidfresh is here to save the day and give you a peace of mind.
The brand reached out to me to introduce Kidfresh and offer to mail me some of their frozen meals to sample. As a mom of two, one of which is an extremely picky eater, I was instantly interested and accepted to put these to the test.
What I immediately loved about Kidfresh, just by reading the press release, is that they contain hidden veggies! It’s basically what all parents wish they could do, hide veggies in our children’s favorite meals. Unfortunately, we’re not very good at it. Kids seem to sense we’re hiding something.

I have to admit, while I love the hidden veggies, I had doubts they would go undetected by my picky eater. Happy to report, he ate every bit of the five chicken nuggets I served him with no question asked. Mind you, he can always tell when the nuggets are from a different brand or restaurant, but not this time.
Needless to say, the chicken nuggets were an instant hit. We also received a pack of Chicken Meatballs, White Mac N’ Cheese, and Junior Burritos.
My picky eater did have a few questions about the Meatballs, but ended up eating them all. He’s never liked Mac N’ Cheese so I wasn’t surprised he turned that down. And we’ve yet to sample the Junior Burritos. My youngest, however, ate the nuggets, meatballs, and mac n’ cheese with no issues whatsoever.
Here’s hoping they both enjoy the Junior Burritos just as much! But it’s safe to say my family will be purchasing the chicken nuggets and chicken meatballs whenever we get groceries from here on out!
Something else to love is that these are ready in as little as 4 minutes, contain Non-GMO ingredients, no artificial flavors or ingredients, and, again, have hidden veggies with a taste kids love!
"Each of our fresh frozen meals are full of hidden veggies that have been pureed and snuck in. Don’t worry! The kids will love it!"
The veggies included are: Carrots, cauliflower, onion, corn, sweet potato, butternut squash, chickpeas, and spinach. Shh, don’t tell the kiddos!
Other flavors you can find are: Morning Egg Bites, Quesadillas, Pasta N’ Meat Sauce, Chicken Sticks, Fish Sticks, and more!
Where can you find these? Visit Kidfresh online to find the store nearest you that carries the brand. I’ve spotted these at various Kroger and Walmart locations.
