Taco Bell is bringing the $1 Double Stacked Tacos to Birmingham, AL
By Callum Gunn
Birmingham, AL, get ready. The $1 Double Stacked Tacos are about to be added to the Taco Bell menu near you and we are super jealous.
Taco Bell has been announcing its new menu items for the month of May. Yesterday we talked about the $5 Grande Nachos Box being released nationwide. Today we are talking about the $1 Double Stacked Tacos.
The new menu items will be arriving on the menu tomorrow, May 9, and will be around until early June. Just like the $5 Grande Nachos Box.

However, unlike the $5 Grande Nachos Box, they will not be added to the menus nationwide. They will only be available in select Taco Bell locations in Birmingham, AL. If you are nowhere near Birmingham, AL, then I’m afraid you are out of luck. Maybe one day they will be added to menus nationwide, but for now, it is limited to the Birmingham, AL, area.
The $1 Double Stacked Tacos features a crunchy taco shell stuffed with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It is then wrapped in a soft tortilla with a layer of warm nacho cheese sauce between them.

First released back in 2017, the fan favorite Nacho Crunch will be returning to the menu. Along with two new flavors, the Chipotle Cheddar and Reaper Ranch.
Each one of the new flavors will be available a la carte for $1. You can also get them as part of the $5 Box, which contains a Beefy 5-Layer, Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink.
