Are you looking to jazz up your breakfast over the winter? If the answer is yes, then you’ll be excited to know Walmart has a new oatmeal inspired by a cookie.
We all know that the first meal of the day is an important one, as it helps to give us the energy we need to get through the day. And one breakfast item that we love during the cold months has to be oatmeal, not only is it delicious, but it’s nutritious too. Now Walmart wants to give us something new to enjoy with a limited edition flavor inspired by a holiday cookie.
In a press release from Walmart they revealed that for a limited time, customers can grab a box of their Great Value oatmeal in a Snickerdoodle flavor. Forget just sticking to this cookie flavor as a dessert, now you can indulge in the morning too.
Who wouldn’t want to wake up and enjoy a cookie inspired oatmeal that gives you something warm to fill your belly, while your taste buds get to enjoy that beloved cinnamon sweetness?
However, while we are definitely excited by Walmart offering this new oatmeal flavor, it is important to remember that this is a limited edition product. Not only will it only be available until the end of February, but who knows if they will even bring it back once it leaves stores.
Now is definitely the time to head to your nearest Walmart and pick up a box of their Great Value Snickerdoodle oatmeal. And the fact that each box is just $1.82 for eight packets of oatmeal means that you are getting a great deal too.
As a fan of holiday cookies in general, this is exciting news for me. I can’t wait to hit up Walmart and snag a few boxes to indulge with this winter. And the fact that it will make me think of holiday desserts with each bite is just the kind of magic I know will get me through the cold months heading our way.
