In a world so complicated, Twizzlers is giving us Izzlers! The iconic candy with no twists or turns.

With the current situation of the world in a literal twist, do we need any more complications in life? Absolutely not! And while this isn’t the reason for Twizzlers brand new look, the new Izzlers are definitely appreciated.

In March, Twizzlers announced that they would be releasing a brand-new candy they call Izzlers. It’s a Twizzlers, but without the twists. This is the first time ever, in the brand’s 175 years in business, that the iconic twists are removed. This proves we’re all so bored, we’d try anything to freshen things up! But hey, we’re not complaining! The way I see it, it’s just another excuse to buy more Twizzlers. Sign me up for that.

Twizzlers sent some samples my way earlier this month and I’ve been enjoying these Izzlers ever since! How do they taste, look, and feel? Here are my first impressions thoughts!

Are Twizzlers still Twizzlers without the twists? That is the question. The answer is, yes! These Izzlers feature the same strawberry flavor taste we know and love, the texture and look are just different.

Izzlers definitely feel different. They make you miss the texture of it and twisting it further as you bite into. So, same look, different taste, I give this a thumbs up for creativity and giving us something to new to look forward to! But I have to say I prefer this candy the original way!

Where can you find these? They are available now, find a retailer near you HERE. They are only around for a limited time, so get them before they’re gone!
