Kid on TikTok holds and eats whole loaf of bread

Who among us has not eaten a whole loaf of bread at one time? If you haven’t (you have great self-control), you’ve probably dreamed of doing so. Bread is kind of one of those universal foods that everyone loves and every culture has their own version of it. Well, a child in a viral TikTok video recently showed his love for bread by hugging and then eating a whole loaf of sliced bread.

It is extremely cute, but also, more importantly, highly relatable. Welcome to the bread lovers club, little human! You’ve already completed the first two initiation tasks by showing your undying love for bread by giving it a hug and by eating your weight in it.

In the short video from @mamadoctorjones, the kid’s mom tries to get some of his bread, but the little human sticks to his guns and refuses to give up his wonderful sliced carbs. He even turns away from the camera and shouts “No!” I have never seen myself represented in a TikTok video more than this and based on the comments, many people feel the same way.

Some of the comments included people saying “This child is me… just that energy of ‘leave me with my bread and emotions,” and “I have never related so much to a toddler in my whole life.” The real question is who can’t relate to this kid? Even if you can’t eat gluten, you wish you could have an entire bread to yourself.

My favorite part might be when his mom asks him if she can have some of the bread and he laughs incredulously like “No, mother! You cannot have my precious bread. What kind of question is that??”

This child is also clearly a purist because he doesn’t even want any butter or jelly on it. He wants to enjoy his bread in its natural state. No condiments for him! Sometimes, you just need lots of bread and nothing else.
