Taco Bell is expanding their Cravings Value Menu by adding a delicious sounding Chicken Chipotle Melt for a whole dollar.

If you are one of the legions of Taco Bell fans out there in the world, we all feel your pain. It’s been a rough year for devotees of The Bell, with the menu getting a massive makeover, not always for the good.

Many are still smarting from the loss of Mexican Pizza and personally I was heartbroken to discover the Meximelt was no more. However, Taco Bell has also been adding new items to their menu as well, experimenting with new ideas as they deal with the “new” normal of life in 2020.

Say hello to the Chicken Chipotle Melt at Taco Bell

More from Fast Food

One area Taco Bell has really been working on is their Cravings Value Menu, which offers a selection of items for rock bottom prices. According to Delish, the latest addition is a Chicken Chipotle Melt and it should be a huge hit.

The Chicken Chipotle Melt includes grilled white meat chicken, chipotle sauce (obviously) and cheddar cheese all rolled up in a flour tortilla. And the best part? One of these little beauties will only set your back a single dollar. You read that right. You can get a Chicken Chipotle Melt for four quarters. Or you can show up with a twenty and eat them nonstop for an hour. The choice is yours.

Word is that Taco Bell has numerous new items in development, many of which sound pretty good too. They include a Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito as well as Loaded Nachos with or without seasoned beef.

Anyone else getting hungry?

The above items are still in the testing phase so you’ll have to wait for a bit to get your hands on them. The Chicken Chipotle Melt, however, is available now and is a permanent addition to the Cravings Value Menu. So take your time and grab one (or six) whenever the mood strikes you.
