Betty White recently celebrated a milestone birthday and also shared what her favorite foods (and drinks) are. And if you ask me, we’d be fools not to follow White’s advice.

Who doesn’t want a long life? I mean, okay, nowadays we may not be so sure about this with how crazy the world is, but things are looking up! Betty White has been around for 99 years, though, and doesn’t regret it, so sign me up!

The secret is out, Betty White loves vodka — and same

That said, Betty doesn’t have a secret smoothie or salad she recommends. Instead, she shares that she loves hot dogs. Yum! Even better? Hot dogs and fries. Pass these over, please.

Our favorite has to be vodka, though. Who would have thought! Okay, if you know Betty, you probably saw this one coming.

The source shares that Betty loves vodka. She prefers drinking it “on the rocks” and with lots and lots of lemon. Her favorite drink is vodka martinis.

Hey, vodka is known to boost your mood, when drank responsibly, of course. It also lowers your cholesterol levels.
