When it comes to holiday cooking, it can be a hassle. And after everything we went through in 2020 (and 2021 even), you may not want to go out of your way to create an elaborate meal, especially if your usual guests are staying home. So what better way to enjoy Easter Sunday than with a sit down meal you didn’t have to cook for yourself?

Luckily we have come up with 10 restaurants that are not only open on Easter Sunday 2021, but that are perfect for enjoying a bit of holiday feasting. Whether it is a homestyle meal you are looking for or something a bit more upscale, these restaurants have us covered for a delicious Easter dinner we don’t have to cook for ourselves.

1. The Cheesecake Factory

According to Country Living, all Cheesecake Factory locations will not only be open on Easter Sunday, but they will also be offering a Sunday brunch and dinner menu. This means you can enjoy an early meal with their brunch menu if you have no desire to be out late or if you want to avoid a holiday rush, maybe choose a later dinner for a change of pace. Either way, we are just happy to know that The Cheesecake Factory will be there for us this Easter.

2. Bonefish Grill

Looking for some seafood this Easter? Have no fear, the Bonefish Grill will be open. They recommend calling ahead to make a reservation, so I definitely recommend doing that before heading over. Of course, you can also place an order for pick up if you want to avoid crowds all together and just enjoy that sit down dinner at home. Whichever way you go, at least we all know Bonefish Grill is an option.

3. Cracker Barrel

If you are hoping for a homestyle meal this Easter, you are in luck. Not only will Cracker Barrel be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, but they are doing both dine in or carryout options. Whether you want to start the day with a homestyle feast or end it, it looks like Cracker Barrel has us covered.

4. Denny’s

Speaking of breakfast and Easter, if you really have no desire to cook on Sunday, Denny’s is another great choice. Not only do they have family packs that let you snag everything you need for up to a family of five, but you can choose dine in, take out, and in some cases even delivery. Whether it is all about breakfast, lunch, or dinner, your Easter is covered with the help of a bit of homestyle cooking at Denny’s.

5. Fogo de Chao

Looking for something a little different this Easter? Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian Steakhouse, might be the perfect dining solution. Not only are they open and offering a special brunch menu for the holiday, but they are also doing dinner service. You can choose to dine in with them or place an order for takeout, either way, this is a great choice if you want something a bit different this holiday that is also more of a sit down dinner.

6. Longhorn Steakhouse

Want a bit of beef for Easter? Longhorn Steakhouse has the meat and they’re open. You can get a family meal perfect for the holiday, and not only do they offer delivery and curbside pickup, but in some cases there is in-person dining options as well.

7. Outback Steakhouse

If you can’t tell, we love ourselves some steak, so of course we have to throw Outback Steakhouse into the mix. Not only are they open on Easter Sunday in 2021, but if you want to call ahead, you can place an order for curbside pick up. It’s basically steak on the run and we are here for it.

8. Red Lobster

Looking for another seafood option? Enjoy the Cheddar Bay Biscuits that are a staple of the Red Lobster table? Say no more! We understand. And yes, it seems that for the most part Red Lobster will be open on Easter Sunday. While some locations may have reduced hours, you can still get your lobster fix this Easter. I highly recommend calling ahead with this one, and in some cases the restaurant is primarily doing curbside pickup, delivery, and takeout, so it is a good idea to check your local Red Lobster to see how they are handling dinner this year.

9. Perkins

Another option for homestyle dining, especially if you are looking towards an earlier meal, like breakfast or brunch, is Perkins. And according to Holiday Shopping Hours, we are in luck because they will be open for Easter dining. Considering Perkins is also known for their bakery options, you can enjoy a hearty meal and then take home a luscious dessert, all with one trip to the restaurant. It’s a real win-win for Easter.

10. Texas Roadhouse

Is anyone who has actually read this list surprised that I am ending with another steak place? For all you cinnamon butter fans, Texas Roadhouse will be open for our Easter dining needs! They will have Easter takeout and in some locations may even have specials for the holiday. Make sure you give them a call and get those meals planned out!
