Top Chef Portland is officially underway, and in the third episode of the series, we learned that Talenti was the latest host of the Quickfire. So what does this mean for us and the chefs?
After watching the chefs whip up their very own Talenti layers creation in just 45 minutes, we have our own opportunity to win a kit to create magic with. But of course, when it comes to inspiration, we have to hand it to the Top Chef contestants, they were (for the most part) on point in this challenge.
Considering the chefs had 45 minutes to create a dessert featuring at least one baked layered and one frozen layer of goodness, we admit that we are here for this kind of madness. (And with $10,000 on the line, we can’t imagine these chefs not wanting to come up something amazing.) Plus, as Top Chef fans, we all know that often it is dessert that is the weakness for our chefs, so this was one of those challenges that we were on the edge of our seat for.
We have to send out congratulations to Avishar for this win. Of course, that just leaves what Talenti has in store for the rest of us.
Talenti hosts the 3rd Top Chef Quickfire before opening it up to the rest of us
Now that we have seen the Top Chef contestants creating their own Layered Talenti dessert, it’s our turn. Starting on April 16, fans can head to social media to share their own recipe creation, while also tagging some of their friends to join the #TalentiRecipeSweeps, of course you’ll also want to tag @talenti while you’re at it.
There will be 10 total prizes handed out to eligible winners, which certainly gives us more chances to win a bit of deliciousness in our lives. To learn more about the sweepstakes, check out the rules page for all the fine print and more.
