Old El Paso is taking our summer meals to the next level with new meal kits

Forget Taco Tuesday, with new meal kits and meal builders from Old El Paso, every day can be a taco, burrito, or enchilada kind of night.

In 2020, Old El Paso started us on the road to really taking Taco Tuesday and making it an all week affair. And in 2021, their newest offerings will make it easier than ever to enjoy delicious meals all summer long.

Forget the hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill. Why not give Burrito Bowls and Street Tacos a spin this summer? With Old El Paso we can!

Introducing five new products (technically nine if you take into account the individual flavors!) that will take your summer meals to the next level.

Old El Paso is taking summer meals to the next level with new meal kits and more

• Old El Paso Burrito Bowl Kits – Introducing Burrito Bowl Kits from Old El Paso. These new kits serve four people and come in three flavors: Seasoned Beef, Adobo Steak, and Chipotle Chicken. This is a tasty way to add some flavor to your summer, all you need to do is add the protein and/or grilled veggies.
• Old El Paso Street Taco Kits – Want to enjoy a classic food truck dish in the comfort of home? Then you need these Old El Paso Street Taco Kits in your life. These kits serve four and come in three flavors: Barbacoa Beef, Asado Chicken, and Carne Asada Steak. Each kit comes with a corresponding sauce, as well as the tortillas and seasoning. You just need your protein and veggies.
• Cilantro Lime Rice – Then we have a new item that is all about helping us build our meals. Introducing the new Cilantro Lime Rice from Old El Paso. Here we have a restaurant-worthy rice that you can make at home in just 25 minutes. (This is not a microwaveable bag of minute rice.)
• Old El Paso Squeeze Sauces – While the Squeeze Sauces are not new (they were introduced in 2020), there are two new flavors of this product! For summer 2021, we are getting Cilantro Lime Fire Roasted Verde and a Spicy Queso Blanco. This means adding even more flavors to your meals.

As a fan of previous meal kits and the squeeze sauces from Old El Paso, this is exciting news. This is a chance to really add something new to mealtime. And it is a way to make summer dining less boring and predictable. We can’t wait to try these new kits and buildable meal products.
