Taco Bell: Thanks to the Bucks, you get a free Doritos Locos Taco

You may remember a few weeks ago when we reported that the NBA and Taco Bell were joining forces to possibly give everyone a chance to win a free taco. Wait, what am I talking about. It’s a FREE TACO! Of course you remember.
For those that may have been in a coma or rocketing into space, the idea was that if the team that was losing at halftime came back and ended up winning the game, everyone gets a free taco from Taco Bell. But not just any regular taco. No, we’re talking about a Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco.
So what happened last night? The Milwaukee Bucks, down 42-47 to the Phoenix Suns at halftime, came back and not only won the game but became NBA Champions. It’s the first Bucks championship in 50 years and if you’re a basketball fan, you watched a great game.
More important to our discussion here, thanks to that epic comeback, according to a press release we received from Taco Bell, that means everyone in America gets a free Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco. You can send your thank you notes to Giannis Antetokounmpo and his 50 points.

So here’s the deal. On Thursday, July 22, you can get your taco one of three ways. You can either order yours on the Taco Bell website, use the Taco Bell app or, if you’re old school, go into your local Taco Bell and order in person.
As an added perk of ordering in person, you have a choice of a Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Tacos, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, a Crunchy Taco, or a Soft Taco.
But this is the Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco we’re talking about here! Who in their right mind is going to pass up a taco where the shell is made of Doritos? And it’s free! Don’t waste time with a plain old soft taco. Live on the edge for Pete’s sake.
The promotion will last all day so you have plenty of time to get your Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco either after work, on your lunch break or late at night. But don’t forget to get your taco.
