Condiments are the thing that can make a good meal into a great meal, but a lot of the time, condiments don’t always include the best ingredients or ingredients that everyone can pronounce. That’s where Primal Kitchen can come in handy.

They offer a huge variety of condiments, sauces, oils, vinegar, and other things to stock your kitchen with. But instead of including chemicals, the different items include good fats and plant-based oils (a lot of avocado oil) and no gluten, dairy, grains, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, or soy. So if you’re allergic to any of these things or need to watch your intake of them, these products are perfect.

Primal Kitchen condiments bring the flavor without the guilt

The brand was started in 2015 by an ex-endurance athlete, Mark Sisson, so it makes sense that all the products and ingredients are super healthy.

A lot of the products in the line are substitutes for things you may already like such as buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, different kinds of mayo, and ranch dressing. There’s even soy, teriyaki, and cocktail sauce. And if you want to put the mayo on a giant bacon sandwich or the ketchup on a huge pile of fries, who is going to stop you??

Other items are perfect for entertaining like their plant-based queso dips, their ranch dip, and their buffalo ranch dip. What you dip in them (and if it’s considered healthy or not) is up to you! Your guests might not even know that they are eating a no-dairy, Keto-friendly dip.

There is also a range of sauces for pasta and pizza like alfredo sauce, tomato basil, arrabbiata sauce, and pizza sauce. There is even classic gravy and mushroom gravy for your mashed potatoes and pot roast. Primal Kitchens really covered all the bases when it comes to condiments and sauces they offer

Most of the condiments are around $5.99-$6.99 with the oils and vinegar a little more expensive at $11.99-$12.95. It’s nothing super expensive but definitely higher in price than what you normally find in your regular store. Unfortunately, healthier products always tend to be more expensive.
